Frequently Asked Questions
Question: How do I complete offers?
Answer: Click on the banner or the link of the offer that interests you. Carefully read what you have to do then fill in the information requested. Once you have completed the offer return back to the rewards site and click on "Offer Completed" under the offer you just did.
Question: What are cookies and why is it important to clear them?
Answer: Cookies are short pieces of data used by web servers to help identify web users. Clearing your cookies after completing each offer will help to get your offers credited faster. Simply you can delete them by clicking on Tools --> Internet option --> delete cookies or you can use CCleaner. I recommend CCleaner for better results.
Question: How long does it take to receive credit for an offer?
Answer: Credit time varies depending on advertisers. Some offers credit instantly, some within hours and some even take up to 7 days depending on how quickly advertisers relay information to the free rewards sites. As soon as they receive a confirmation from advertisers that you have completed the offer correctly, they will credit your account.
Question: My offer is not getting approved and I am getting worried?
Answer: It can be one of many reasons:
* You have not waited long enough for the credit to come
through.
* You are already in the sponsors database (your information or
even your IP address is already in their system). Some surveys
register you for other sites if you say yes to the option in the
survey. Be careful.
* You didn't complete the entire offer. If you quit half way
through a survey or don't finish an offer, you won't be
credited. For example, many sites require that you confirm your
email address at the end of the registration and Maybe you had
to purchase something or do a trial.
* Ineligible submissions. For example: the survey was for
members who are 65 years old or older, and you are only 30. This
will make ineligible, because you do not fit in the geographic
target for that offer.
* You have a program blocking cookies. Such as antivirus or
antispyware programs.
* The sponsor did not credit us for your lead. if they do not
credit us, we can not credit you.
* You have already completed the offer.
* You provided false information when completing the offer.
* You used a different link to complete it.
* You did not fill out the form properly.
* You may have canceled the trial. If you sign-up for a product
trial and then immediately cancel your trial, you won't receive
credit. The point is that you get paid to try products and
services that you're interested in. By canceling immediately,
you're telling them that you weren't even interested to to try
products. If you're not interested in an offer, don't do it!
* You used a gift card or prepaid credit card to do the offer.
If you do an offer that requires a credit card, some companies
will not credit if you use a gift card or prepaid credit card.
This is because they don't want you signing up for a trial, only
to find that your card gets declined if you continue with them
after the trial period.
Question: How can I increase my chance of getting credited?
Answer: You can increase your chance of getting
credited for offers by:
* Make sure to complete each offer with REAL information.
* Use a brand new email when completing offers. The email must
still be yours however it does not have to be the email you
registered with.
* Clear your cookies before completing each new offer. I
recommend
CCleaner.
* Temporarily disable any anti-spyware/anti-virus/firewall
programs.
* Make sure your browser accepts cookies. Read
Accepting Cookies
* Make sure that once you have clicked through to an offer,
complete the requirements fully before clicking to another site
or closing the browser window.
